What Qdestera does
Printed material lives for months or years. Websites, prices, Wi-Fi passwords and event details change every week. Qdestera closes that gap. A dynamic QR code holds a short link, so you change the destination in your dashboard and every flyer, sticker and table card already in circulation shows the new content.
Around that idea we built one workspace for everything a printed code needs: a QR code designer with logos and frames, 24 QR code types from website links to coupons and events, short links you can use without a QR code, scan statistics, custom domains, team roles and an API for automation.
For restaurants, cafés and hotels there is the digital menu: a QR code menu with themes, many languages, allergens, table codes and, if you want it, ordering and waiter calls. It lives in the same workspace as your other codes, so you don't need a separate tool for the dining room.
How a dynamic QR code works
The idea is simple, and it is the reason a printed Qdestera code can outlive the campaign it was made for.
-
You create the code
Pick a type, add your content and design the code. The pattern contains a short link on our domain or on your own custom domain.
-
Someone scans it
The phone opens the short link. Qdestera looks up the current destination, redirects or shows the hosted page, and counts the scan.
-
You change it later
Edit the destination or content in your dashboard – nothing needs reprinting. When a campaign ends, pause or archive the code.
Why one platform
Many businesses end up with a QR generator in one tab, a link shortener in another and a menu service somewhere else. Each has its own login, its own statistics and its own idea of who is allowed to change what. When someone leaves the team, nobody remembers where the code on the shop window points to.
Qdestera keeps codes, links and menus side by side. Folders, search and favorites keep them organised; roles decide who can edit; an audit log records every change. When a code needs updating, you know where to find it and who touched it last.
How we make product decisions
A few principles guide what we build and what we leave out.
-
Free means free
The static generator needs no account, adds no watermark and creates codes that never expire. We don't turn free codes off to push an upgrade.
-
Nothing stored when nothing is needed
Content you type into the free generator is turned into an image on the fly and not saved.
-
Privacy-minded analytics
This website uses cookieless, self-hosted analytics, and we don't use advertising cookies. Scan statistics stick to what you need: when, in which country and city, and on which operating system your codes are scanned.
-
Honest limits
Plans differ in clear limits, and the free plan starts without a credit card. If a paid plan ends, codes above the free limits are paused, not deleted.
-
Your workspace is yours
Every workspace is strictly isolated from the others, with its own users, roles, domains and data.
Who uses Qdestera
Qdestera is built for teams that put codes into the physical world: restaurants and hotels, shops and brands with packaging, event organizers, real estate agents, schools and marketing agencies working for several clients. It works in English and Turkish, and the digital menu speaks your guests' languages.
Whether you need one Wi-Fi code or a few hundred codes across locations, the starting point is the same. Try the free generator, or create an account and compare the plans on the pricing page. Questions? Contact us.
