Support for your account
Our contact email address is shown in the footer of every page on this site. Write to us from the address you use to sign in, so we can find your workspace quickly.
Please never send your password. We will not ask for it, and we don't need it to help you.
- The name of your workspace
- The short link or name of the QR code concerned
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- The phone model or browser, if the problem appears when scanning
- A screenshot, if you have one
Sales and enterprise plans
The public plans, the optional 14-day trial and the add-ons are listed on the pricing page and in your dashboard. You can buy, change or cancel them yourself at any time.
If you need higher limits, several brands, a negotiated contract or invoicing arrangements, create a free account first. Then open Subscription in your dashboard and use “Contact us” on the Enterprise plan. The button opens an email to our sales team, and your workspace keeps running on the free plan while we talk. A negotiated plan is then assigned directly to that workspace.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in Qdestera, email us at the contact address in the footer with “Security” in the subject line. Describe the issue, the steps to reproduce it and the possible impact.
Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it publicly. Don't access, change or delete data that isn't yours, and don't run tests that could disrupt the service for other users.
Found a suspicious QR code that uses one of our short links? Report the link the same way. Our QR code security guide explains how to check a code before you open it.
Personal data requests
You can ask which personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Email us from the address linked to your account, so we can confirm that the request comes from you.
Workspace owners and admins can also remove team members and delete QR codes and short links themselves in the dashboard.
A QR code stopped working? Check these first
Most scanning problems have one of these causes, and you can fix each of them yourself in a few minutes.
-
The code's status
Only active codes open their content. A code set to draft, inactive or archived does not redirect – switch it back to active in your dashboard.
-
The expiry date
If you gave the short link an expiry date, it stops working after that day. Remove or extend the date.
-
Your plan's limits
When a workspace moves to a smaller plan, codes above the new limit are paused, newest first. Upgrade or pause another code to switch it back on.
-
The destination
A dynamic code can only open what still exists. Check that the website, file or page behind it is online.
-
The print itself
Small, low-contrast or damaged codes are hard to scan. Our print size calculator shows the minimum size for the scanning distance.
