Put a portfolio on your business card, a flyer or the back of a print, and refresh it after every new project.
An image gallery QR code puts a whole set of photos behind one scan. Visitors see a tidy grid of pictures, tap one to open it full screen and swipe through the rest – and you can add or remove photos whenever you like.
Galleries are dynamic codes, so they live in your free Qdestera account. You only need the photos you want to share.
Choose Gallery as the QR type and upload your images in PNG, JPEG or WebP. Give the gallery a title – it appears at the top of the page.
Add your colors, fonts and logo header, a short description, link buttons and social icons so the page feels like part of your brand.
Style the QR code with colors or a gradient, module and eye shapes, your logo and a frame with a call to action such as “SEE THE PHOTOS”.
Export PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. Print it on brochures, signs and cards, or show it on a screen at the venue.
An image gallery QR code is a dynamic QR code that opens a hosted page with several pictures. The page shows your photos as a grid of thumbnails. A tap opens the full-screen viewer, where visitors move between photos with arrows or a swipe and see where they are, such as “4 / 12”.
The code itself only carries a short link, so it stays small and easy to scan no matter how many photos you add. The photos live in your dashboard, where you can add new ones, remove old ones or replace the whole set.
If you only ever need one picture, an image QR code is simpler: it can even open the image file directly, without a page around it.
Whenever one picture is not enough and a printed catalog would be out of date by next month.
Put a portfolio on your business card, a flyer or the back of a print, and refresh it after every new project.
Show every room on the window card or the sign outside. Our real estate page has more ideas for agents.
Show all colors, angles and details of a product on the shelf tag or in the packaging insert.
Share the organizer's photos after a wedding, conference or party: print the code on programs or thank-you cards and add the pictures when they are ready. See event ideas.
Show rooms, the pool or the view on brochures, booking confirmations and signs in the lobby.
Let clients browse before-and-after photos of your work while they wait or right from your price list.
Both are dynamic and editable. Choose by the number of pictures and how you want people to browse them.

Because every gallery is a dynamic QR code, the printed code never has to change. Add the new season's products, swap the photos of a sold property for the next listing, or upload the event pictures the morning after – everyone who scans the same code sees the current set.
Scans are counted, too. QR code analytics shows scans by day, weekday and month, by country and city and by operating system, so you know whether the sign on the fence or the brochure on the counter brings more visitors.
The gallery shows the photos you and your team upload. Visitors can look at them and open them full screen; they cannot upload pictures of their own.
Every uploaded photo counts toward your plan's storage, and each upload has a size limit. Web-sized images keep the gallery fast and leave room for more pictures.
“When will we see the photos?” is the question every organizer hears. Create the gallery before the event, print its code on the invitation, place cards or program, and start with a cover picture. When the photographer delivers, upload your selection – guests who scanned earlier use the very same code to find the pictures.
The gallery is built for photos the organizer shares, not for collecting pictures from guests. You pick and upload every image, so only the shots you want to publish ever appear.
The first pictures in the grid decide whether people keep browsing. Lead with the strongest shot.
A focused set of sharp, well-lit photos beats dozens of similar ones. Remove near-duplicates.
Camera originals are much larger than a phone screen needs. Web-sized copies load faster on mobile data and save storage.
Similar framing and light across the set make a gallery look professional, especially for products and rooms.
“Scan for photos of every room” or “Scan to see the full collection” gives people a reason to reach for their phone.
Scan the proof, open a few photos full screen and swipe through before you print in bulk.
Put them all behind one gallery QR code on the free plan and update the set whenever you like.
Sign up for free, choose the Gallery QR type, upload your photos and download the code. Scanning it opens a gallery page with all your pictures.
PNG, JPEG and WebP. JPEG or WebP work best for photos; PNG suits graphics with text or transparency.
There is no fixed number of photos per gallery, but every upload has a size limit and all photos count toward your plan's storage.
