Invitations and posters
An event QR code opens the schedule, the venue with a map, the registration link and a countdown to the day.
QR codes for events give attendees the schedule, the venue map, Wi-Fi and speaker contacts on their own phones. Print badges and signage once; if a session moves, you update the page, not the print.
An event is a chain of small moments: the invitation, the arrival, the sessions, the photos afterwards. Each one has a QR code type that fits it.
An event QR code opens the schedule, the venue with a map, the registration link and a countdown to the day.
A Wi-Fi QR code on badges and screens gets attendees online without queuing at the help desk.
A vCard QR code on the final slide lets the audience save the speaker's contact details in one tap.
An image gallery QR code opens the photos you upload as organizer, shown in a lightbox.
A feedback QR code collects star ratings, tags and comments for each session.
A PDF QR code opens the full programme, the floor plan or the slides of a talk.
Everything opens in the phone's browser. Attendees don't install an app or create an account.
The event page holds the schedule, the venue with a map, an online link for hybrid sessions, the organizer, a registration link, price and capacity information, speakers and images. A countdown builds anticipation, and the “add to calendar” button saves an .ics entry to the attendee's phone.
Upload the best photos after each day and share one gallery code on screens, on the closing slide or in the follow-up email. Attendees browse them in a lightbox on their phone, and you can add more photos to the same code later.
Put a feedback code on the last slide or next to the door. Attendees give one to five stars, pick tags such as “content” or “speaker” and add a comment. Use one code per session so the ratings stay separate, and read them while the details are still fresh.
A simple plan for conferences, trade fairs, meetups and company events.

Badges, banners and programmes go to print before the agenda is final. Dynamic codes let you change what they open until the last minute.
People in the back row need to scan too. Leave the code on screen for a while and check it from the far end of the room.
Separate codes for posters, badges and slides show you in analytics which placement attendees actually use.
“Scan for the programme” or “Scan for Wi-Fi” under the code tells people why it is worth their time.
Share a guest network only, isolated from the organizer's and the venue's internal systems.
Scan printed codes in the hall's real lighting, and at the distance attendees will stand.
Build the event page first; every other code supports it.
Sign up free, create an event QR code and add the schedule, venue, speakers, images and your registration link.
Create Wi-Fi, programme PDF, speaker vCards and feedback codes, and keep them in one folder per event.
Apply the event's colors, logo and a frame with a short call to action. Download PNG, SVG, JPG or PDF for badges, banners and slides.
Change rooms or times on the day, upload the photos afterwards, and review scans by day, city and country.
Create the event page first. You can edit dates, rooms and speakers right up to the day.
Organizers use them for the event page and schedule, attendee Wi-Fi, speaker contact cards, programme PDFs, photo galleries and session feedback. Each placement gets the QR type that fits it.
