Client workspaces
Keep each client's codes, domains, team and plan in a separate workspace. Colleagues switch between the workspaces they belong to.
QR codes for marketing agencies need more than a generator: a separate workspace per client, team roles, the client's own domain, scan analytics and an API. Qdestera brings these together, with dynamic codes you can change after the campaign has gone to print.
Agencies juggle many brands, many campaigns and many people. These are the parts of the job a QR platform should take off your plate.
Keep each client's codes, domains, team and plan in a separate workspace. Colleagues switch between the workspaces they belong to.
Dynamic QR codes let you swap landing pages between campaign waves without touching the printed material.
With a custom domain, short links carry the client's brand instead of a generic address.
QR code analytics show scans over time, operating systems, countries, cities and top codes for each workspace.
The QR code API creates dynamic URL codes and downloads images from your own tools; webhooks report every scan.
Logos, colors and frames that follow each client's brand guidelines, exported as PNG, SVG, JPG or PDF.
The same account structure works for a two-person studio and a larger agency.
Each workspace is isolated: codes, folders, domains, API keys and members never mix between clients. Invite colleagues by link and give them the role they need, from Owner and Admin to Editor and Viewer. Members sign in with email and password, Microsoft or Google, and admins can restrict a workspace to allowed email domains.
API v1 is a REST API with scoped API keys, per-plan rate limits and an OpenAPI document. List, get, update, activate and delete QR codes and short links, download QR images and create dynamic URL codes. Scan automations send an email or call a webhook on every scan, for a whole workspace, a folder or a single code.
Add the client's domain to their workspace and verify it with a DNS TXT record; our team then sets up HTTPS. Short links and dynamic QR codes in that workspace can use the domain. The number of domains depends on the workspace's plan.
A quick reference for briefs. Every type below can be created in each client's workspace, within the limits of its plan.
| Touchpoint | QR code type | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Out-of-home poster, print ad | Dynamic URL | Swap landing pages between waves; scans by city |
| Product launch packaging | Product | Images, specifications, price and a buy link |
| Retail promotion | Coupon | Code, terms, expiry date and scan limit |
| App campaign | App store | One code, the right store for each device |
| Event activation | Event | Schedule, venue, countdown and add to calendar |
| Brand film, TV or cinema spot | Video | Embedded YouTube or Vimeo video with a description |
| Customer survey | Feedback | Stars, tags and comments; high ratings to Google reviews |
Keeps data, domains and permissions separate, and makes handing over or ending a client relationship clean.
Group codes by campaign or channel so bulk activate, deactivate and move actions stay simple.
Add UTM parameters with our free UTM builder so QR traffic shows up clearly in the client's web analytics.
Clients can look at codes and scan statistics without being able to change a live campaign.
Separate codes for each poster site, magazine or store make results comparable.
Give each key only the scopes it needs, so you can revoke one integration without affecting the others.
A typical setup for a new client takes four steps.
A workspace is created at sign-up. Typically the client signs up, picks a plan and invites your team by invitation link, so the client owns the workspace and you get the role you need.
Add the client's domain, create the DNS TXT record and wait for verification; HTTPS is then set up by our team.
Create dynamic codes in campaign folders, apply the client's logo, colors and frames, and export print-ready files.
Review scans by time, country, city and operating system, swap landing pages between waves and pass scan events on through webhooks.

Yes. Each client has its own workspace with separate codes, domains, members and plan; typically the client signs up and invites your team. One sign-in can be a member of several workspaces and switch between them.
No. Qdestera doesn't offer reseller or white-label accounts. Each client workspace is a separate workspace with its own plan, and you can use the client's custom domain for links.
Yes. Invite the client to their workspace with the Viewer role. They see codes and analytics but can't change anything.
Yes. Add and verify the domain in the client's workspace with a DNS TXT record, and our team sets up HTTPS. The number of domains depends on the plan.
List, get, update, activate and delete QR codes and short links, download QR images and create dynamic URL QR codes. Other QR types are created in the dashboard.
Not at the moment. Analytics are shown in the dashboard. For automated data, use scan webhooks to send every scan to your own system.
You decide. Point the dynamic code to an evergreen page such as the client's homepage, so leftover posters still lead somewhere useful, or set it inactive or archived when it should stop working.
With email and password, a Microsoft account or a Google account. Admins can limit a workspace to allowed email domains.
Separate workspaces, roles, custom domains, analytics and an API for campaign codes that change.
