Add-on packages
Some capabilities come as add-ons you attach to any plan. The main one is the digital menu: a QR code menu with themes, languages, allergens, table codes and live updates. Guest ordering and waiter calls – described on the table ordering page – extend the menu when you want orders at the table.
Add-ons are billed as separate subscriptions, so buying one does not change your plan. Some plans may already include menu features; the plan table shows what each plan contains. Need higher limits, several brands or a negotiated contract? Sign up, open Subscription in your dashboard and use “Contact us” on the Enterprise plan.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every new workspace starts on the free plan automatically. It has no time limit; its limits are shown in the plan table.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Neither the free plan nor the trial asks for payment details. You only pay when you buy a paid plan or an add-on.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial is optional and each workspace can use it once. When it ends you return to the free plan automatically and are never charged. You can buy a plan or end the trial at any time.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly; the plan table shows which periods each plan offers.
How are payments processed?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. You enter your payment details in Paddle's checkout and can update your payment method under Subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and only the prorated difference is charged. A downgrade also applies immediately, and unused time becomes a credit on your next invoices.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to the free plan. Dynamic codes above the free limits are paused, newest first, and nothing is deleted. Static codes never expire.
Where do I get my invoices?
Paddle emails an invoice after every payment. Completed payments are also listed under Subscription › Order history, where you can download the invoice as a PDF when it is available.
